UAB “Transrevis” conducts a passenger survey on how to improve the quality of services

The Lithuanian transport company Transrevis UAB has started an annual passenger survey, which aims to find out the opinion of passengers about the services provided and find ways to improve their quality. From June 3 until June 17 in the ongoing survey, passengers can express their opinion about travel time, frequency of flights, route changes and other important aspects.

UAB “Transrevis” transports passengers by passenger buses of various capacities in several cities and districts of Lithuania: Prienai, Alytus, Šiauliai, Panevėžys and Pakruoji. Last year, the company introduced minibuses specially adapted for passengers with mobility disabilities on the routes of Prien, Alytus and Šiauliai districts, thus improving the accessibility of public transport in these regions of the country.

The opinion of passengers about the introduced changes in routes and travel time is important to the company. A lot of attention is also paid to the evaluation of customer service.

This year, the survey is conducted digitally, on the Google platform – https://ej.uz/4982, so it will be easy and convenient to conduct the survey on a phone or computer, anywhere and anytime. On bus routes where the majority of passengers are elderly, questionnaires will be distributed during the journey.

Last year, UAB “Transrevis” transported more than 3 million passengers on 189 buses, who traveled more than 112 million kilometers on 104 routes. The company welcomes the participation of passengers and thanks them for the time they took to fill out the questionnaire and contribute to the improvement of services.
