UAB Transrevis bus driver salary changes in 2022
Taking into account the quality of the services provided, UAB Transrevis increased the wages of bus drivers by an average of 15% and financed the training costs of category D bus drivers and the 95 code training.
In order to attract more bus drivers, the Company increased wages and paid bonuses to employees for a job well done. In the future, companies engaged in passenger transportation should make a joint decision regarding a unified wage system for bus drivers, timely indexation, improvement of working conditions, and it is also necessary to increase interest in the profession to make it more attractive to the public.
The company is ready to cooperate with city municipalities and apply to the government and other competent institutions of the country for receiving government financial support for those who want to obtain a category B and D driver’s license. In this way, it is hoped that young people can start working after finishing school or combine work with studies. In this way, the continuity of the profession would be ensured.
