“Transrevis” will conduct a survey of Lithuanian regional and intercity transport passengers
In order to find out the opinion of passengers about the quality of the service provided, as well as whether the travel habits of passengers have changed, UAB “Transrevis” and UAB “Uma Trans” will conduct a passenger survey on several Lithuanian district and intercity routes, which will take place from May 16 to June 6.< /strong>
The passenger survey will take place from May 16 to June 6 on the routes of Šiauliai, Prienai, Alytus, Palanga, Klaipėda districts. Undoubtedly, the travel habits of passengers have also changed due to the COVID-19 restrictions applied in the last two years, so it is important to find out the travel habits of the residents so that public transport becomes the No. 1 choice again.
There is no doubt that the number of passengers on public transport has decreased by 30-40% this year due to the restrictions imposed by COVID-19. Residents were forced to change their daily driving habits. For that purpose, Transrevis will organize a survey in all serviced shuttle buses, during which they will find out what passengers think about the routes, the intensity of the trips, how often they use public transport in their daily life, what are the main reasons, as well as evaluate the quality of the service and service provided, identify and listen to passenger recommendations.
